Moose rolled his car trailer on the way up to Tuff Truck last night... with his Sierra on the back
Moose and Co. are all ok, but the trailer and Sierra are write-offs.

This seriously blows. And to pull attention away from the crying little baby in the corner for a minute, this should makes us all think about the inherant dangers that towing can involve. Too many times over the years have I heard of competition or show cars being written of due to towing accidents. I'm not going to jump to conclusions about how this happened but I would like to offer my condolences to Moose and hope everyone learns from this.

But if you really want tech, anyone know if it's salvagable with a body swap?? That's the great part about Zooks, roll 'em and just put another body on and keep going...
If it rolled on a trailer I'd only have to presume it was at some sort of speed, and a zuk+trailer not only means more weight, but more height for it to fall from.
Would be prettly lucky to get away with a body swap, but I'd imagine it would have broken things like body mounts, suspension mounts, steering links/mounts, even bent chassis & damaged drive train could be a result.
Fortunately, zuks are cheap, unfortunatly it doesnt take much to write one off!

Unsure of the details, but he had driven through from Melbourne so maybe fatigue was a factor....

Okaaaaaaay... just got off the phone to Podge. The poor little Sierra is a writeoff (chassis is screwed - as well as a munched up body) but he's still able to drive it around the property in a fashion. Moose, his mate Bill and Josh were in it... all ok.
Only problem is that the radiator is stuffed. Does anyone have a spare 1.3 radiator they can take up on the weekend for him?
If so, call Podge... PM me for his number, or call Moose on the TTC number: 1300 885 836
Pyrotech... gave you the wrong number.. sorry

- use the one above and I've PMd Podge's number to you as well.
I didn't know he'd had it so long (since it was 3 years old), I understand a bit more now how much it means to him... the poor bugger is absolutely devastated
I'm thinking a "Moose-a-thon" may be on the cards
