physically yes, part numbers can be shared but advertised height will be different

gu is lighter, so a 5" gq spring will be almost 6" on a gu, i have 3" gu susp on my gq and its only 2" high

model for model the GU is usually heavier not lighter lol, it came out with bigger body, more options, more sound deadning etc.

Yes they will. There are differences in stock springs due to different engines etc.
If they are aftermarket springs you just have to make sure what accessories the aftermarket coils were designed for otherwise you may not sit level or you may be too stiff or too soft.

i think you'll find its the other way round GUs are way heavier than GQs

There is something very weird and mysterious that happens with some GU's. Sometimes I will sell a 4" lift coil to someone in a GU and it will sit 5" high. This is a rare occurrence, which I call an anomaly. I can't track it to a particular model, it is a Nissan anomaly.
