mq body swap??

ok heres the go.... i have a white mq with a half decent body, but a smokey engine and buggered front diff....
i also have a red mq with good engine and drive line, but the body is cactus it s been rolled over.... how hard to swap the body over? just unbolt body and lift whilst taking care to undo any wires etc while you go or more to it than that?
also wats the easiest way to tell if the front diff housing is bent?
i was gonna just change engines, but this latest developemnet with the front diff in whitey has me thinkin it may be easier to do this as the red one is on gas also and has all the aircon stuff....
anyone changed or pulled a body off before?
i have fitted bodylifts before is it just like doin that but a bit more?
also would a 1 tonne block and tackle lift it?
