Spring Help

Post by brent.n »

I am new to the Patrols i am a former rover lover but lost that love very quickly when i purchased my new patrol. i just fitted an ARB Bull bar and winch. now it has a rattel in the rear inside of my car when i hit a bumb,

would this have anything to do with the standard rear shocks being fully not able to take the upward travel because ther is so much wait in the front.

i am planning to do a 5 inch lift in a month or so! does anyone have any advice for me i want it to still handel city driving but be hard core off road.

thaks

when you say NEW, you mean GU new or New to you GQ??

5inch lift on GU should fit 38's.. 3inch fits 36's...

Also underground carparks are a thing of the past then. Depending on what tires you run...

does anyone have any advice for me i want it to still handel city driving but be hard core off road.

Leave it standardish and get a second car for a basher... Good luck gettin engineers and insurance for 5inch lift anymore.
