engine cut out

hey, my engine is randomly cutting out, well not cutting out but like dying for a second, then when i put my foot down it just takes off. sort of like kangaroo jumps but with no clutch haha
Blocked fuel somewhere? Check filters also carby mains could be getting blocked then it floats out again?
