Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I spotted a bright orange Disco (?) on Old Windsor Road tonight around 6pm at Wentworthville, just past the intersection of the Cumberland Highway. It turned off right at the top of the hill.

Lots of work, big lift... I'd like to contact the person who owns it.
