NEW ENGINE....DIESEL

i put in for my approval today to the D.O.T.......
toyota 2ct.......
2lt turbo diesel......
ill let yas know if it gets approved and ill have a detailed fit also.....

Are you using the matching 4wd 5Spd and transfer?

no....hilux 2wd 5 speed and bell housing to suit 2ct.....comes out(if you get the right one)the same length and gearstick hole as a sierra box....

I realise you are looking at a different engine now but.
If you use the 4wd Hiace 5spd and transfer you can set up dual cases real easy as the Hiace has a LH front output and centred rear output so you only need to move the Zook Tcase back a little.

not a bad idea...but i have rh 3 installed already.....
just to let you know i got the engine approved this week by the dot....

i'm looking to upgrade to something like that, how much did the conversion cost? the red tape cr@p. I have a 2.4 triton diesel lying around that i want to use.
