hi my bro just got a 89 4 runner and there is a switch under the dash that says deck lamps what dose it mean or do?

Maybe press it and find out... but watch out that it's not the EJECT button..

On my surf its for the rear interior lights.

Drop the rear window & tailgate switch them on & look in.

what are deck lamps
