Hi All,
I am looking at getting some longfields CVs for my lux and I am just wondering if I should get the axles aswell ? or will the original axles be ok. I am not much of a mechanic but am learning fast. It is a 97 ln106 with a holden v6 and a turbo 700 , lokkas front and back running 35s. Any advice would be appreciated. Also are longfields the right way to go. And one last thing is there anyone who distributes them in aus or do I have to import.
Cheers

The original axles are very prone to failure with the Longfield CVs. I would recomend you use the 30 spline super set-

So the 30 spline super set should do the trick. I haven't blown a CV yet but every one I talk to tells me they are the weak link in the lux and to be gentle. Will a superset be all I need then. Oh and how do I explain to the boss (wife) why I need them
