Winch bar mounting for GQ

Hi all,
I've decided to have a crack at making my own winch bar, as i cant afford to go and buy one. I dont have any issues with the design of the bar or materials that i have to use (plenty of info on here about that), but the question i have is in regards to the actual mounting of the bar.
From what i've seen on "bought" bars, theres either plate/crush tube setups, or inner and outer sleeve setups (eg. ARB). What have you guys used to mount up your bars?? I'm leaning towards the inner/outer sleeve design, as i think it offers the most resistance to ripping the chassis rails, and would transfer shock better if it was to hit anthing.
Photos & suggestions welcome!!
