Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi there people, I have bought a wide track feroza wich has had a trans plant, it has got a hsv v6 com motor,plus hilux running gear, front & rear leaf,s hilux gear box. now it has been rego,d in vic for 5 years exept the last 4 months,so to get it rego,d up here I might have to get it inspected buy an engineer. so I am looking for an engineer incase I need one.
