Lux to Crusier tray swap question??

Will a 94 Single cab Lux steel tray bolt straight onto a 95 Cruiser single cab chassis (they seem to be the same width and 20mm diff in length)?
Are the mounts in the same location and is the load hoop behind the cab the same height?
Are the wheels a similar distance from the cab for the steel mud guards?
