Guys, anyone know of anywhere around Melb that does custom tube work, for rear bars etc? Ive tried Cheezy and flamin fabrication but they are too busy at the moment, I need some work done asap.
Cheers

Check out ON TRACK 4x4 - the bloke who owns the place (can't remember his name) did a bloody good job doing two custom front winch bars for my mates' 4-Runners. At quite a reasonable price too.

Andrew - yeah that's the one. My mate said he is rebuilding Shrek at the moment. And that same mate's 4-Runner is actually on the website under the custom tube work section. Didn't even realise! The bar looks good in the flesh...

Well, All ranges 4x4 were able to get the rear bar done for me quickly, and it came up really good. They also do some wicked winchbars too.
This is the first read bar for a disco they have done and will do more now if there is a demand.
This is how it turned out.

No the corners arent braced... yet.
Needed it completed fairly quick, but now realise they need to be braced back to the chasis, may need to modify my exhaust to do that, but its on the list.

Fantastic Rear Bar, I am sure alot of LROCV Series 1 Disco's would be interested as alot of us have been chasing for a rear bar.

Thanks rick and ralfie, yeah happy with how the rear bar came out, will see how it holds up under some rough tracks first though.
Yeah the sliders are LRA ones rick, only put them on the other day, but they look good and seem really solid.
Keep an eye out in one of the next 4wd Monthly mags for an article on the Disco.
Cheers
