Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi all, Im normally in the suzy section, but im askin for sum info for a mate.

Ok. Now a mate has bought an Ironman front bar for his 98 2.8ti GU Patrol. It has the driving lights and winch mount etc.

He has tried to fit it and said it doesnt line up anywhere! The chassis mounts are meant to be different and if you line up the edges of the wheel archs, it rubs on the front plastic grill!

Has anyone had this problem in ordering these bars? Are they dodgy? Because he returned this type, then he received another bar...which is EXACTLY THE SAME !!!

I know of a few that have bought these bars and fitted them up themselves with no problems at all.

I would suggest your friend contacts Ironman directly (9532 1111) and explains to them what issues he is having and they will be able to talk him through it.

well i found on the site there is 2 type. hes taking them back tomorrow to complain... Thanks anyway
