As I understand it a Jimny power steering setup bolts straight on a Sierra unlike the Vitara one which needs mods, correct? So what is the going price for a complete Jimny power steering?

$1100 for a kit at the only wrecker i could find one at, i sold a kit last year for $300 :bad-words: now i can't afford to replace it. putting 2 and 2 together i think mud4b just bought a jimny to get the ps out of and is wrecking the rest, good luck

as stated, they are worth a fortune, ive owned 3 power steering setups from a sierra ( import) and jimny and sold them for stuff all, i am still looking now. cheapest i got quoted was $750 but no chance in hell will i pay (let alone sell) power steering for that crap price..

im going to make something fit that is both available and cheap and easy.

the jimny power steering box and lines does bolt into a sierra . the only thing you need to change is the crankshaft pulley to suit the 4pk belt if you have a 1.3. jimny has a smaller pulley on the pump than a vitara, if you do not change this to suit the box the ratio's will be out. the brackets bolt straight onto a sierra g13a/b engine.

Any timeframe on this?

I am still looking at getting some wedges made up for the vit ones.

I heard about $1000. CJ we do know someone who may
be parting one out in the future.
