ALL in one entertainment unit

I really would be interested in getting a single DIN, GPS, DVD, CD, rear camera all in one unit and after looking and looking the only 1 i could find was here...

has anyone had any experience with them? will they handle rough roads as well? price (couldnt get it anywhere).
anyone know of something else that fits the bill?
