wouldnt you need horizontal?? ie left to right instead of up/down?

Read on one of the posts here that someone said you can get the flares that tex screw on to the inner lip of guard or if cut to allow bigger tyres,and wasnt rolled a new lip that you could get ones that screw into the face of guard,like the bushwacker flares for jeeps.
Any body heard of that type for a gq?

there was a guy on ebay selling them.. same as the flexy flares, but diffrent mount... cant rember who it was tho sorry... might be worth a look... it was one of the 4wd shop's on there...

1st ebay link is side (horizontal) screwed.

2nd is vertical but requires a return lip on the guard so wont fit.
