Try a foam and rubber place for it. I bought some from Jenkins rubber up here in Cairns, came off a roll.

You will need to cut out the drain holes yourself.

it is basically a double bailey channel

Is the window glass easily removed???

you have to pull the window out, which can be a bit of a bite in the @rse. They are glued in with a black bostic/windscreen sealant, that can take a bit of stuffing around to get out......

I can get them out off the car etc as you explained, I've done that before... but how do you replace the actual rubber tracking that the glass sits in?? Do you have to pull the glass out of the frame, and if so how do you do it?? I want to replace it as well.

there is a small aluminium/felt/rubber strip that separates the two pieces of glass, it is screwed in with a couple of self tappers in the top and bottom of the frame. Then to get the glass out you have to carefully stretch the frame up, and take the glass out.
