what sort of vehicle? if its got air bags your out of luck

need to know material. has to be solid as in alloy or steel...some engineers will do it in vic.

Vehicle is a 95 80 series landcruiser non airbag model,
I will do it in any material as long as it is going to be legal,
I dont care if its alloy or steel, Just want to do it right the first time.
