i have done my suspension its a 2 inch with custom shock mounts and rancho 5034s in the rear and the only thing in the way of maximum flex is the tires hitting the spring perch on the up travel so im going to have to get wheel spacers and would like some feedback on what size spacer other people have used .i have 1 inch off set rims running 35/12/15 mtrs on a Salisbury

Just get the rims flipped and offset further, or buy another set

1. spacers are to dear to buy/have machined, alot of fucking around to machine yourself

2. do it properly :D

only need them for off road .cops dont hassle me yet so i would like to keep it that way and i would rather the hassle of putting on spacers when i go wheeling rather than fitting bigger flares

sounds like you would be better off with a new set of rims for off road and some road tyres, much safer and only half the work when you want to offroad.

Rovacraft in w.a. & n.s.w. do an 11/4 spacer for rovers
not cheap but well made. Got them on my 130 with disco
alloys, gives it a good stance.

i've got a disco1 with snake racing 38mm spacers with my steel 18mm extra offset disco rims for offroad. i use standard alloys on the same spacers for road use. good when you dont want to buy more rims.
