They're good, I fitted one to all 4 of my cars now, usually gain 1-2l/100 in fuel economy and heaps more torque, order one now

Need to run them in a compound formation style, like compound turbo set up, just you wire them in series, so when the alternator charge increase, they both boost awesome

I took this setup of the wifes car, the instant wheelspin was insane

i put them on my push bike, the turbo whistle is insane at around 5000rpm!

im easily making 2PP

PP=Pedal Power

ROFLMAO!

no

Get a hiclone(s) instead :D

Put two of these on with 2 hiclones.
The power increase will be unheard of.
I reckon you could beat Victor Bray down the quarter in the fourby if you do this.

Not sure if this is right... but if you have a dual battery set up and you wire them to 24 volts, it doubles the boost

You toss pots are so pathetic, the guy asks a simple question and all you wankers do is try and give him a bum steer.

Beauzooki, you need three, one on the top of your snorkel and one after the air filter (but before the hiclone) then (and this is where the action is ;) ) fit one after the extractors but before the cat, the first one multiplies the volume of incoming air, the second one doubles the intake charge velocity and the third helps the extractors to scavenge unburned fuel from the combustion chamber, this is the ultimate system, the only other thing you could do is fit one of Peter Brocks old "energy polarizers" good luck in finding one of those though, they are like hens teeth.

Good luck with the build and don't forget to post some pics.
Peter.

They're no good for a Zook. I'm told by reliable sources that they work best on Hi-clone equipped IFS vehicles with wheelbase.

x2

I researched different layouts not that long ago, and using a computer laptop based diagnostics program on my NT Sierras ECU, i found the above setup was the best.

Through dyno testing we also found running hyclones off the centre air vents (DONT use side vents as this is very dangerous) actually cooled the air by 5 degrees celsius due to the vacuum created on the lower outside section of the hyclone. In theory you could then route this cooler air back into your intake, which would in turn create more power ontop of your existing electronic turbo setup (cooler air=more density=more oxygen particles=more power). Be sure to adjust your distributor timing to suit though.

Here we go again, its your way or no way  You never back up your claims. :finger:
I can prove that just one on a Lada is the only way use these things. My Lada has not only raced Barnseys mum but it has beaten her on the way to bingo, and she drives real fast going to bingo.

Please be careful - I put mine in backwards.

The extimated 130 litres of fuel that sprayed out of the filler of my 60 litre tank at around 1400 psi had a big part to do with burning a larger hole in my wallet for no noticeable gain.

In case you're not picking up the sarcasm...

NO. It's a lie, and no gains to be made.

Oh, I see they now have twin setups - in series AND parallel!!! Parallel must be for more airflow, and series for more boost

That should give performance gains equivalent to a twin turbo AND twin supercharger - like some of the race trucks run!

I am about to set one up that runs off a solar panel - that way - when the sun is shining I will get about 5% extra power, as the solar panel is running the fan, rather than the alternator.

This electric technology is getting so good that old skool mechanical superchargers and turbos will soon be long gone.

You lie - there is a big fat gain to the wallet of the guy selling this crap to all the idiots (probably the same people who buy Hiclones and DVD rewinders).

Like anyone is going to listen to a guy driving a Mitsubishi Challenger  Are they even a real 4WD :?:

Don't bother spending the money on the electric supercharger, just go down to your local exhaust shop and get them to setup your exhaust/intake like this.

You need a dyno to work out EXACTLY how much improvement you get..

Try this....

Model: ARSE411
Image
Just install a great mod like a cold air intake? Electric supercharger? Big Muffler? Magnetic fuel line ionizer? Awesome wing? Are you getting no respect from your friends for your newly found power? As we all know, these are high end and sophisticated modifications. Some may be TOO sophisticated to actually show up on a traditional dyno. So here we have: The Butt Dyno. Simply place it in the seat, and drive fast, weaving in and out of traffic. (On a race course, of course.) Now you can tell your friends with confidence "That oil-saturated air filter gave me 20 horses!"
US$399.95.

Ooooh! Them's fightin' words!

Yes, a Challenger is a REAL 4wd - it even comes ex-factory with IFS, unlike certain Mavs I could mention. :P

Not only that, many of them came with a REAL LSD, which actually works. But, if you drive a Toyota, I expect you've never experienced the benefits of a working LSD. :finger:
