Commonwhore = too heavy. :cry:
GTi = too little torque. :cry:
CA18 = heavy, costly to adapt. :cry:
2.0 V6 = Again costly to adapt and unreliable and extra rego for next to no real power increase over J20 4 cyl. :cry:

1.6 EFI Vit = Bolt in, readily available & reliable :D

Very well, if you have lots of money and access to a suitable gearbox etc.

Generally though, diesels are not well suited to suzukis- narrow rev range and heavy.

h20 v6 would be great, don't know where people are gettin the idea they are unreliable, much prefer that over a shitter j20 motor. h20 half cuts are starting to appear cheap from japan.put over 350,000 k's on one of mine....still couldn't kill it. wouldn't be much more to adapt than a j20.[ and yes.....i have replaced a j20 with a suzuki v6...]
