as far as i am aware they just increase ur ride hight, u will most probably hinder up travel, but think that they wouldnt affect droop, but dont quote me on it

hilux front extended shackles should work..... paj rear leaf shackles are wide at the top and narrow at the spring..... $230 im pretty sure it is from snake racing or 4wd1.... it increases the cars height by 2" and makes it flex better... you will have to crank the front torsions bars as well to compensate for the extra 2" lift the back has.... pretty sure u hav 2 use toyota bushes as well but they dont exactly fit so you have to shave some off.....

I got
these ($82 US) from Summit Racing for my 88. Yes, you have to use the Toyota bushings and the OD of each bushing needs to be shaved down just a hair. The kit I linked here is one with non-greaseable bolts. If you want greaseable bolts, you will also need to order
this bolt kit ($30 US).
You would also need to get longer shocks, lest they hang up your axle's ability to droop. I got OME Nitrocharger shocks.
As mentioned, you would need to crank up the t-bars to match the height in front. An additional mod which will enhance the lift in the front is swapping the upper control arms with Gen II upper control arms. I did that mod a year ago and it has made a huge difference in lift, flex, and CV angle, and it corrects the bad camber that cranking the t-bars creates.

I got my bushes from a Toyota dealer. Just get bushes for the front shackles of an 83 4x4 pickup.
The Toyota bushes are slightly too large to fit into the Mitsu leaf-spring attach-points. In order to fit them, you'll need to shave a small amount of rubber from the outside diameter of the bushes. I used a razor knife to do this. You'll need to be extremely careful because it's very easy to cut yourself.
