Howdy, Ive just installed a dual batt system from Pirahna in a mates car. He has 3 batteries, 2 crank linked in the engine bay and 1 deep cycle in the back of the car. When the car is running, the green LED is on stating that all is working fine, when the car is off, the orange LED is on which means that it is receiving charge from a solar panel even though there are none hooked up. There are only 2 wires, black(earth) and the red(connected to the wiper motor) and then obviously the main batt cable (going to the 2 crank batts in the engine bay) and the Aux cable (going to the deep cycle in the back)
Anyone have any ideas whats going on?

Can't tell you off the top of my head what your problem is, but just give Alan at Piranha Offroad in Melbourne a call.
He's very easy to deal with and will be able to give you advice.

I reckon mine runs like that......... I thought the green light mean't the aux battery was fully charged and the orange light meant it wasn't fully charged (not actually charging). Will take a look when I get home and let you know.
