GU & Kaymar Rear Bar departure/clearance Q's

Hi Guys
Looking at the Kaymar rear bar as the custom tube one i have is going to be just too hard to fit a wheel carrier to without major re-design. And will be in the for sale section soon
Question is - does the kaymar rear bar (with incorporated tow hitch) increase, decrease or do nothing to the rear departure angle on a GU. Specifically on rear quaters lowest point at the rear bottom of the wheel arch and the centre rear lowest point at tow ball area. It appears as though the kaymar tow hitch is higher than std (around where the std recovery point/D Mount thing is) but does this mean rear departure angle is also increased??
I'm comparing it to the std tupperware bumper and factory Nissan towbar. Any advice appreciated - CHeers Ben
