Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Ive got a SWB 92 model Vitara, lock in hubs select 4L light comes on dash lights indicate 4L....no four low, front wheels don't turn under power.

Any ideas why its not workin.

First thing I'd do is lift the front end, then lock the hubs in in 2WD and see if your front axles rotate while turning the wheels by hand. That should at least tell you if one of your hubs isn't engaging properly (they are getting old, but are easy to dismantle and fix or replace). Otherwise either diff or tranny case.
