my rear tyres rub on the chassi rail of my hilux when the suspension flexis up.
are there any cheap solutions that will do a good job ive been told wheel spacers but i dont want to have to take them off when driving on the road. another solution ive heard about are offset rims. not quite sure what i should do..
any help would be great.[/img]

I'm not a hilux person but ... i belive the IFS hilux rear diff is wider and then you can get a kit for the front to equal it up i belive :?

dont really want to extend bump stops trying to keep as much flex as possible??
is it legal to cut my rims and get them rewelded soo they are offset???

If your tyres are rubbing its not going to compress to much more, so a bump stop is a cheap option, or just let it do its thing as alot of people do.

Get your self an IFS rear housing. They are 75mm wider.

Go the IFS hub spacers on the front. I sell the required spacer rings and bolts for $300 a pair.
