80 series 1 HDT Compression

Gday all..just got my rig back from the doctors today. The compression and cylinders were as follows (1) 500 (2) 450 (3) 440 (4) 280.. (5) 450 (6) 500...
As Im aware, looking through the books they are meant to be around 490 and a difference of +/- 70 as "normal" . Its done 205,000kms and in the two years Ive owned it has not used ANY oil or ANY coolant. Blown head or faulty rings seems to be out of the equation as there is no evidence of water under the engine oil filler cap. The oil pressure tested as close to perfect as could be. Is it Valve problems..?
