Diff oil

Post by Tom »

Good day,
I just have bought a 2002 lwg gu, 3.0. She has a factory rear diff locker. I´m going to change the oils and would like to know what kind of oil should I put in that diff, LSD or the same of the front diff?
Thank you and regards.

if its a locker it has no friction plates so you can use similar oil to the front, but it depends on what your doing with it where you live etc
