Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hi all

i have a swb 96 vitara and i think i have a problem with my diff.

it was doing it before i got it as well which was 3 months ago. it makes a rubbing sound when it is being driven but only under acceleration, it makes no noise at all when no power is applied.

i am taking it to a mechanic in the next week or two but i was wondering if you guys/girls could help me out, if you have had this problem let me know how i can fix it.
