hi all just thought i would post some findings up here as there is stuff all for turbocharging a suzuki for the bible, before i do my buildup in members rigs as this setup keeps changing..

ok i purchased a honda civic b16 low mount manifold. the runners do pretty much line up with g13bb ports very well (you still need to buy a exhaust manifold flange and cut the honda one off and weld the bb on.) as did the m13a pictured although with this the m13a has huge ports so i figured it better to buy another manifold that is closer. (please not this manifold was flipped to make a high mount, it would be great if i didnt run a 2nd battery)

i done some searching and came up with a nissan sr20 highmount manifold from a gti-r. its port sizes although slightly oval are matching up very well with the m13a ports, it also has a t28 flange and not a t3 flange. im still waiting on this to arrive and will show finished product step by step, this applies the same principal to the g13bb also.

Nice work..

Drew is trying similar on his 13bb

Is the G16B similar to the above ports/manifold?

I've got the SR20 manifold on my single point 1.6.

It puts the turbo at the front of the motor which is right where my power steering pump is located. It has however prompted me to change the Falcon pump for a Commodore pump with remote resivour which will help with the cooling of the fluid anyway.

It's a stainless manifold cut off the Nissan flange and welded to a 1.6ltr flange. The front and rear port pipes needed to be cut and rotated to shorten them up to match the 1.6 spacings. The two centre exhaust port pipes were bent together ever so slightly.

Well more progress. i ditched the nissan sr20 manifold idea and purchased a
nissan ca18 highmount manifold. its ports are slightly oval also but they match up perfectly with the m13a ports (still need to round them slightly), even the manifold flange bolt holes are very close (the middle matches up perfectly) but the outside flanges need to be cut and rotated (bolt holes will line up) this is only going to cost me $15 to get this done. This manifold also pulled the turbo back towards the head so it misses my 2nd battery, the flange is a t3 still but this manifold came with a adaptor to go from t3 to t28..

i have purchased a intercooler and piping kit, and a few other goodies that i fitted today, i also rotated the center of the turbo to suit highmount and the front housing to get the right angle. So this is almost setup now. write up coming very soon.
