GQ LWB TD42 for $3000 - Good Value?

Post by MKPatrolGuy »

Dad's nextdoor neighbour has a GQ he has been offered $3000 for as a trade in. Dad is interested in it and can buy it for $3000, don't know what it needs for a roady at the moment. Just wondering if it would be an OK deal. Details I know are below.

1990 GQ TI
LWB
TD42 (N/A)
450,000 Km
Manual
Straight apart from one dent in the rear quarter
Sunroof
A/C
Towbar

Not been off road
Used as a work vehicle but serviced regularly

Thanks,

Dave

Dad is finding out what it needs for the roady. He doesn't really need it, he already has a GQ on 35s, but we'll probably build it up as a weekend beater :)
