Outer Limits 4x4 Board

i have seen the harley cv carb conversion on lowrange and was wondering if anyone has done it. i am interested because they are supposed to not be affected by the angles that the webers are.

I looked into it but it seems they dont have the top end flow like my 38 weber but alot of guys seem real happy with them.
