Pulley to suite 20mm keyed shaft

G'day all,

Just bought one of those 4 stroke 6.5hp engines from ebay. I'd like to fit a small (approx. 2" diameter) v belt, cast iron or simular pulley to the output shaft. Been scrolling the net, it seems 20mm diameter is not common, most keyed pulleys suit 3/4" shafts.

Anyone know who might supply? places to look?

Hoping the odd shaft size isn't the reason for the good prices.

Thanks

just buy a 2" or 50mm one with a pilot hole in it then get a machine shop to turn it out to 20mm and broach it to suit ur key. that would be a easy solution

pick what you want then call motion industries or blackwoods or any other industrial supply company.

Any decent bearing shop should be able to supply, CBC, BSC, etc.

The key will be a standard size for 20mm shaft so just specify 20mm keyed, XXXdiameter to suit such and such vee belt. They should have or ba able to get a pulley diameter close to what you want.

Cheers
