I doubt it.. Somewhere in the rules it says you can only have white light facing forwards (or orange for clearance lights).

use these ones, but morder them with the white LED ring, that way you can get itn trouble, all forward lights are white as per the ADR's, and the led ring can come on with your parkers,
the guy was great to deal with, i organised a bulk buy with mates and he looked after us,

No not legal. However, look at the mass of cars with various coloured LEDs in the parkers!

White should be Ok aka Beemers...etc
