HJ75 steering box - rebuild/upgrade Q's

My power steering is pissing out fluid pretty badly. I know one of the hp hoses is farked, but fairly sure the 'box is responsible for a fair share of fluid loss (will find out for sure once the hose is replaced) and has a bit of play in it.
So, my questions are as follows:
1. Is there an easy upgrade to a bigger/stronger 'box available (need's to be pretty close to a bolt on affair, don't mind changing pitman arms/drilling a hole or two, fucking around with lines etc.)
2. If i am to get the current box rebuilt, are there any tricks or upgrades i should get done at the same time? At the moment, steering is much lighter than that of my old mans original (still tight/leak free, on 7.50R16's as opposed to my 37x13.5's) HJ75 - could this have been to do with a previous rebuild on my current box? (seem to remember the prev. owner saying it had been done before - a cooler was also added)
3. Roughly how much am i looking at for a rebuild? (expecting a lot) Can someone recommend a reputable shop in Melbourne (pref. eastern) or change-over mob? My experience with run of the mill change-over power steer components has been pretty shit thus far (on holdens )
Look forward to replies
Thanks,
