hilux over heating

had my radiator changed over and brand new thermostat now my 93 hilux is sitting just under half way on heater seems a bit hot any ideas would be great thanks

Try a new waterpump?
My hilux radiator isnt the best and it sits just under half

And mine has new water pump, thermostat and the radiator has been flushed. The couple of 2.8's I have driven all sit there.

my 2.8 td sits on just under 1/2, does warn a little on the highway on a little load (i put this down to the aftermarket water pump).
The radiator when flushed at 225,000km was 60% blocked according to the radiator place (could be BS)
The Radiator also now has a small crack along the top of the tank. It leaks, but does not overheat.
