how to adjust wheel bearings

Hi does anyone know how to tighten/adjust the front wheel bearings?

remove the freewheeling hub (10mm bolts), remove the circlip, remove the next section (12mm bolts) hit the end of the stud with a soft drift or hit the flange on the side with a hammer to free the cone washers.
bend back the tab on the lock washer, undo the outer hub nut (54mm) then remove the lock washer, tighten up the inner hub nut until all freeplay is gone, flatten the lock washer and replace it, then tighten the outer nut to sandwich the lock washer, bend a tab back and another one forward to lock the nuts, then put the rest back together.
tip: make sure the hub is in the unlock position when removing..!!

if u need a hub spanner i sell them for $27-00 new ....
to fit l/c ......
