G'day all,

The throw out bearing on the middy is buggered, so may aswell do the clutch at the same time,. Just wondering how invloved a clutch change for a middy is and any hot tips for doing it ? Would it be achievable without a hoist ? And can it be done by sliding the gearbox back on the cross member or is removal the bestchoice? A weekend (2 days) enough time to do it if all goes smoothly? Trying to weigh up if I do it myself of get a workshop to do it.

Any help appreciated!

Cheers

there easy 4 axel stands and a trolley jack will be ok you will need a couple of mates to help you out also whenremoving the gearbox its probably best to remove the fan off the front of the motor sounds silly but they can make a mess of your radiator if they dont clear when the engine is lowerd other than that easy :2gunfire:
