Power Steering
What is the best way of power steering for an fj40, i already have the p/s conversion done however, it is still very hard to turn with 15psi in 35's on a mildly rocky surface. this how i keep braking my CV's. at full lock powered by a injected 5l with locked diff. Any ideas? The p/s box is mounted at the front of my chasis rails to the left. (in front of the front grill)

Re: Power Steering
Got any pics? This sounds like the Cressida box conversion. Never seen one, only heard of them. I'd assume swapping to the 60 series steering box in the apprpriate position on your chassis would be an improvment as I have no problems turning 35's at 8psi with 60 power steering.softshorty77 wrote: The p/s box is mounted at the front of my chasis rails to the left.
