Shaky steering in my D22

Post by ADEM »

In the last 2 weeks ive noticed quite a strong shudder in my steering wheel whilst driving, doesnt seem to get better or worse at different speeds or anything but the front end does seem to drive a bit strange..

Not sure how i can explain the feeling, it just doesnt feel right..

Any ideas wat could result in the shudder and loose feeling of the front end?

By the way, the tyres are only about 3000kms old and i had a wheel alignment and castor correction done about a month back

I would start checking for loose wheel bearings, wheel balance or maybe even loose camber bolts(may not have been tightened enough at wheel align)

Check for mud caked on the rim throwing the wheel out of balance.

Check the weights are still on the rims.
