Mate ive been down the path you are heading and done
BBTurbo
Front mount intercooler
Huge amount of extra fuel
Egr blocked off
3" exhaust from turbo
Yes it went very well and had boost from 1000rpm BUT
Unfortantely not for long so I suggest you return it to standard.

Do this and you will be more than satisfied:
Following engine mods:
big GT2871R.86AR bb turbo
12mm plunger from a german made MAN truck. pump is set up to deliver 100cc of fuel.
injectors set to 155ats
3" dump/exhaust
custom plenum chamber( velocity stacks inside)
3" IC pipes
Big FMIC
Powershot LPG injection
Snow Performance Water/meth injection
Big kn airfilter
Exedy xtreme clutch
Puts out around 250hp/500nm. My latest modification to it was water injection and I`m very happy with the power increase.

thanks guys
i dont no that i want to go crazy with it as i understand its not the toughest block around but would like more usable power ..
STOOL did you use the GT2871R turbo if so how did you go plumbing the intercooler do you just spin the alloy side of the turbo around 180' so you could plumb and elbow on it .. i understand wat you say about keeping it stock that kinda why i want the boost to comin sooner so i dont need to try to pull so much power from it as with the intercooler ..
have you got any of the gear still laying around ..
thanks guys

Yes i get 25l/100 on lpg giving it a lot. But 20l/100 on lpg is not hard and under 20 on petrol! I thought the 2.8 were better on fuel than the 4.2 diesels.

i get around 17/100 but i dun have 120hp
stupid 4.2
if you rotate the inlet side of the turbo to suit be careful not to slit the very thin seal the is around the outer egde, it will cause a leak and loss of boost..
