IFS REARS

Hi guys just wondering when you guys put IFS sprigs in the rear do you
use just standard toyota ones or like a after market spring like efs to
suit a IFS rear. Was thinking of using the standard toyota ones without the
load carryers in and lift blocking them to the right hight.
