Leaking Ranchos

I've got rancho 9000's with an in cab kit and i can't stop the front ones leaking. Usually you lose all the pressure overnight in the fronts but the rear ones are fine. I've pulled the hoses out and reconnected them and all that but wondering if anyone had had a similar problem and found some abstract reason for the fault.
Thanks,
BOMBOY

isolate one side and check the other to see which one is leaking....
If u find is both then u may need to look at the gauge...

You will probebly find its leaking from the air line mount on the shock.
Check the o-ring as you are supposed to use o-ring grease, beter still try silicone.

I had the same drama. Squirt some soapy water on the elbows the determine which side is leaking. I found with mine the O ring has the be perfectly clean, didn't like any grease at all. Also, clean where the O ring sits inside the shock. Also, check for any cuts or nicks in the O rings. Don't loose the buggers however, Rancho can't supply new ones without selling a complete air line kit as well. Also, the paper gasket thing. Don't use them when you have the incab kit. The instructions don't tell you that. I had to go to Rancho for them to tell me that. Not a drama, they are 5 minutes from me. Hope this helps.

Thanks. I know which shock it is and have checked the seal to make sure its clean and all that but it still leaks!! The leak is too slow for it to be a break in the air lines. Oh well - i spose I'll just keep pumping them up every time I get in the car

Y pump em up over an over, when u SHOULDNT have to. There not supposed to do it so u might be able to get someone to look at it for nothing if theres warrentee?

i've emailed auto alliance (rancho distributor) and explained the situation. They should be under warranty so i'll see what they come back with.

My front ones also leak overnight. Although only go down a setting. Have checked everything like yaself and can't find the leak. Pretty sure I go a small nick in the line somewhere but CBF checking all the hose.
