off the top of my head you should be fine, just take things slow with the body lift. neither of those things will have anything to do with your fan of the shroud.
Im not sure what you are running but a thermal fan in most cases will not give you the same cooling as a normal fan.

Where are you? I think Queensland doesn't permit shackle lifts, but other states could be OK.

With most vehicles, the radiator is mounted to the body, but the engine driven fan is mounted (surprisingly enough) to the engine. When you do a body lift, the radiator (+shroud) lifts but the fan doesn't - which is why his mention of thermal fans (by which I presume he means electric) is relevant.

When I did my body lift I simply removed the bottom section of the shroud - it unclipped without requiring tools. I've never had overheating problems, even when under-bonnet got hot enough to cause my dual battery system to shut down. The only time the gauge has moved above normal was when I split a radiator hose - as a result of the body lift.

my hilux has that, a 2" body and a 2" shackle lift and I have no probs what so ever, i also have twin VN thermo's on it. What scott said is sport on as well, remove the shroud as I didnt and I craccked it on my altenator. As for tyres I would say 35's but they will rub when you full lock it.

Mate lift aint everything and the hole is only so big. Some where your going to need to do some trimming.
As for finding out if a 35 will fit. Have abit of a seach of the nissan section. I am sure there will be a post in there on how to get 35's on MK/MQ.
Also tyres dont just rub on panels. They would be getting close to the spring as well.

2" longer shakles will only give 1" more lift remember...
