Has anyone fitted BFGoodrich 33x10.5R15 tyres to a 15x7 rim to a SWB MQ Patrol, with standard suspension?
I am currently running 31x10.5R15, and would like to go to a taller tyre without changing rims or upgrading suspension at this stage.

Any idea if tyre would rub on anything?

Cheers

Im running 33x12.5 inch Nankangs on a standard Mk patrol with standard steel rims with no dramas at all. I took off the standard flares off for a bit more clearance but that may not even be needed. They rub in the rear on the body very slightly but otherwise im stoked, much better than 31's off road (cant fault those nankangs either, great mud tyre)

Not trying to be smart or rude, however i have had both, and i know that there is a good inch or more difference between the BFG and the Nankang.
BFG being the larger one.

i put 33x12.5 on my mk and decided to do body lift as the clearance was minimal and with much off road work they would have rubbed .
but if you are using the 7 inch rim and patrol offset rims they should be fine as they will sit in the guard
not alot of help sorry but i hope it helps
cheers justin

I ran those on a stock GQ and then on a stock GU which I know are different trucks but the tall skinny tyre on a correct offset rim should work
