3" body lift will give you issues like steering column length , shifter positioning and radiator positioning.. aswell as being pretty much illegal..

50mm body lift is fairly straightforward, i would go 2" body 2-2.5' suspension lift and extend shackles if needed.

I put a 2 in body lift in the middy on sunday the only issue i had was the radiator shrowd I just cut the bottom off it or you could mount the radiator lower.

Send just cruzin a pm he did me a complete kit for a god price

just did one on my bj73 2 inch i would say lower the radiator as the radiator cap in on the thermostat housing the radiator is now higher (with body lift)you will not get the right amount of water back into the cooling system
also clutchline is to short for my liking need a longer one
have not looked at steering yet

do you really need that much lift? with abit of creativity you can easily get 35''s under a middy with much less lift. On a good day I reckon I have a 2'' lift and run 35''s no problem, remember a angle grinder and sika flex are your friends

thanx mate, with the shackles i didn't put any shims in, ( coz i wana do a spring over soon) but i just have to go into corners a bit slower ive found.
what did u have to cut to fit 37's? by the way the shackles i had made at a metal fab place, only cost $80 for the 4.

hey man i only had to cut about and inch out off the front gaurd as in make it longer because when in flexd in it rubbed! but that was about it but i have a massive amount of offset! 10 inch rims that have about 8inch of offset!

but she handles like a dream so much fun on and off road!

If you want to minimise lift cutting is definately the way to go, i took about 2'' out of my fronts. I needed to so I could turn again and get more up travel without killing my tyres, with 33'' though they still rub at the top on the inner guard so I'm thinking of getting rid of it all together.

On 35''s

This one shows how much guard is left... not much
