What diff oil do you run in your airlocker???

Hey guys,im just wondering what diff oil you use with your arb airlocker?
The bloke at repco gave me castrol EPX 80W-90 will it be ok??
Its in a lux.
I need to know tonight ;) .

I got told by repco that 80w-90 will be fine for normal use, but if your getting the diffs hot by working them hard (sand etc) then use a 90w-140.

Im running 90w-140 in my front and rear lockers when they go in :cool:

LSD oil (Castrol LSX85W-140) is what ARB put in mine.
91' Hilux Surf with the usual mods & a few different ones ....

Actually- Correction to mine...

ARB told me the oil recomendations.

Repco thought they needed ATF :roll:

But LSD oil isnt really needed is it?

LSD is the best oil as it has friction modifiers in it that help the seals (o-rings) to not wear out...however...what you have is good enough for now...any ep gear oil is whats required.
