G13a HELP!!

Is there anybody who can help me ive searched and searched and still havent found (or im retarded) what the factory or the best float level height on a g13a samurai carb is, ive tried searching the topic on many forums but have come up with zip, and frankley the haynes manual doesnt tell you squat.....im fairly sure thats the problem cause the problem im having is that the car will 99% of the time wont idle and the other 1% real lumpy and yuck, but the only time it does idle like a dream is when im on a hill with the front of the car pointing in the air, i have had it rebuilt, i have checked the idle solenoid but to no luck and the float level had been played around with when it was rebuilt the first time and then a week later rebuilt again (cause the first moron didnt do it properly) other than that car runs mint as can any one help..
