Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I'm not new to 4wding but a bit new to modifying them

I have 2 Suzuki Sierras.

1 x 1992 Soft top LWB = Daily driver
1 x 1988 Soft top LWB = Project car/offroader

They are both road worthy and registered.

I think I want to put 33's under it - what do I have to do to achieve that?

It is a offroad car so I can do what I want to it as long as it stays (fairly) legal to drive on the road (ha)

My plans are to change the engine - to either a Vitara engine or a turbo 2lt. I'm still trying to figure that out.

I am going to put a rollcage completely through it, front and rear lockers, rock sliders, front and rear bars with winch and snorkel.

I'm sure this question has been asked before, but I would appreciate some ideas and help with that I'd have to do first.

There are many ways to go about getting 33's to fit mate, and lots of people have their opinions on how to do it differently to others. I suggest you have a look at some rigs in the members section and the suzuki section and do plenty of research first. Have a look at the bible if you are unsure on any terms.

Why do you want 33's?
My tyres measure 31.5" and I regularly embarass GQ's and Cruisers on 33-35" tyres.
If you go any bigger than 31 you will run into axle & CV weakness problems, which are possible to overcome but costly.

I agree. Unless you are going for looks, I think 31's are the best size. If you are hell bent on 33's I'd consider a spring over conversion and mover your front diff forward to make them fit. Before I get shot down in flames by other people preaching to grind this and bang that with a hammer, let it be known I'm not a big fan of panel beating a car to get tyres to fit
